Please backup any product settings as they may be reset during maintenance


Apply for repair service

You can apply for repair services by visiting Summit dealers or our customer service center

You can apply for repair services by mail (with the customer paying the shipping fee in advance)

Before mailing the product, please ensure to include detailed information and contact details of the issue.

Maintenance service time

Repair services usually take about 2 to 3 working days after receiving the product.

If additional components are required, the service time may take 10 working days.

If the product is severely damaged, it may not be repairable.
