Quality supervisor
Operating duty:
1. Responsible for formulating qualification standards (admission standards/factory inspection standards/assessment standards) for relevant category suppliers;
2. At the beginning of selecting a new supplier, a professional evaluation is made on their product quality control, and factory inspections are carried out with relevant colleagues, including self inspection and third-party factory inspection agencies;
3. Responsible for developing quality standards for relevant product categories (national standards, industry standards, enterprise standards, etc.) and providing them to QC as inspection standards;
4. Responsible for assisting the quality manager in optimizing and improving the testing manual, label review, and confirming product compliance, such as production licensing, filing, certification, and other related work;
5. Collaborate with the QC team to follow up with suppliers on the quality and improvement of bulk goods that do not meet the inspection requirements;
6. Regularly summarize and archive product quality issues, and regularly share and train QC.
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above, graduated from an engineering major;
2. More than 5 years of quality experience in the electronic and electrical industry;
3. Understand the quality management system, product inspection standards, and knowledge related to product quality inspection; Familiar with the production process of the product and have a certain understanding of the production technology;
4. Having rich quality management techniques, familiar with inspection standards and testing methods, able to prevent and detect problems;
5. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of the responsible category, familiar with industry certification and improvement;
6. Has good communication skills, coordination and execution abilities, and strong ability to handle pressure.
