Personnel work 1. Comprehensively plan the company's personnel and administrative strategies; 2. Responsible for the development and reserve of human resources in the company, meeting the recruitment needs of the company, ensuring the demand for human resources in various departments, and appropriately reserving potential personnel and establishing a talent resource pool; 3. Responsible for formulating the company's human resources management system, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, etc., and organizing its implementation; 4. Responsible for the internal management of the department, inspecting, evaluating, and assessing the work objectives, plans, and results of subordinates; 5. Coordinate and guide various departments in carrying out human resource management work, ensure the rational use of the company's human resources, and promptly handle major human resource issues in the company's management process; Responsible for handling various personnel, labor, and capital matters within the company Administrative work 1. Establish the company's administrative management system and be responsible for the daily administrative management of the company; 2. Responsible for revising, improving, and supervising the implementation of enterprise rules and regulations; 3. Responsible for coordinating the work between various departments of the company, establishing corporate culture, cultivating teamwork spirit, creating a civilized and orderly working environment, and managing document control; 4. Coordinate the work between departments and supervise and inspect the relevant work of each department; 5. Fully responsible for the management of the company's administrative department; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.


Qualifications for the position:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in management or human resources; Age between 30-45 years old; 2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises; Priority will be given to those who have worked as HR managers in consulting and other enterprises; 3. Familiar with human resource management processes and proficient in operation; Familiar with relevant national laws and regulations, with strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills; Has strong writing skills; 4. Proficient in using office software and company online office systems; 5. Identify with the company's corporate culture, possess strong professional dedication, have good conduct, work diligently, carefully, and responsibly.
