What is the principle of sensor selection?

When selecting a sensor, certain characteristics must be considered, specifically as follows:

1. Accuracy -- the accuracy of the sensor as long as it meets the accuracy requirements of the entire measurement system, it does not have to be too high, usually the higher the accuracy, the more expensive its price.

2. Linear range -- the range where the input is proportional to the output.

3. Measure the environment -- generally there are requirements for temperature/humidity.

4. Calibration -- Essential for most measuring equipment, as readings change over time.

5. Stability - The ability of a sensor to maintain its performance over a period of time is called stability.
